A Soft Start is a calm, in-person workshop offering a gentler way to begin the year. Designed for anyone feeling overwhelmed by New Year pressure, this three-hour experience focuses on reflection, intention-setting, and creative making in a supportive, welcoming space. Attendees will be guided through journalling and mindful activities, and will create meaningful tools to take home and return to throughout the year. No prior experience is needed, and there is no pressure to share.
